Donna Jean (Belisle) Towns

Donna Jean (Belisle) Towns, 70, of Ness City, Kansas, and formerly of Palco, Kansas, passed away on April 13, 2026, at the Ness County Hospital in Ness City.

She was born on February 12, 1956, to Duane and Patricia (Newell) Belisle in Hays, Kansas.

Donna grew up in Damar and graduated from Palco High School.

She worked as a dental assistant for many years with positions in Great Bend, Kansas, and in Oklahoma City and Tulsa, Oklahoma, before retiring in 2017.

On March 26, 1981, Donna married Michael “Mike” Lynn Towns at the Church of Christ in Great Bend. They were blessed with two children, Aaron and Ashly.

She is survived by her children, Aaron Towns of Palco, and Ashly Temple of El Dorado; siblings, Paul (Mary) Belisle of Damar, Christy (Jake) Seib of Ness City, and Lisa Belisle of Kansas City; and six grandchildren.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Michael, and her parents, Duane and Patricia Belisle.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Wednesday, April 22, 2026, at 1:30 p.m. at St.

Joseph Catholic Church in Damar. Burial will follow at Pleasantview Cemetery.
