The Mid-Continent Elementary League Wrestling Tournament was held Thursday, February 19, in Ellis, and it proved to be a banner day for the Plainville Cardinals.The Plainville boys captured the MCEL team championship with 179.5 points, outdistancing Norton (166.5) and Phillipsburg (129.5)....
