The menus for the week beginning Monday, December 16, are as follows: Monday—Salisbury steak, mashed potatoes and gravy, asparagus, bread, peaches. Tuesday—Chicken dressing casserole, corn, sweet potato casserole, roll, cranberry fluff. Wednesday—Hamburger patty with lettuce, onion and tomato, potato salad, bun, mandarin oranges. Thursday—Pork cutlet, hash brown casserole, Catalina blend vegetables, bread, pineapple upside down cake. Friday—Tuna salad, tomato soup, tropical fruit, crackers, pudding.
