THE MILO MOUNTAIN, located south of Stockton's Farmers Union Elevator, is steadily growing as farmers continue to bring in their fall crops. As of Monday, October 21st, this year's harvest is about halfway complete.

As of Monday, October 21st, the harvesting of the corn and beans in the area is about three-fourths complete. Milo harvest is around 50 percent done.
The Stockton Farmers Union Elevator numbers show 177,000 bushels of milo, 45,000 bushels of beans, and 165,000 bushels of corn taken in.
Woodston Coop shows 160,000 bushels of milo, 38,000 bushels of beans, and 163,000 bushels of corn taken in.
According to the records, this year’s harvest looks better than the past few years.
