* Who is shaking their head and agreeing with this? “Back in my day, we didn’t have cup holders. We had to hold our beer bottles between our legs and drive.”

* Who gets this one? Job Interviewer: If there was a problem, how would you solve it?” Answer: “Check out the hook and let the DJ revolve it!”

* Does this happen to you? I fix my hair and do my makeup, and nobody sees me. But when I don’t and have my hair in a messy bun, no makeup, and I am in my sweats, EVERYBODY and their dogs see me!

* Here is another one. …“The employee shortage is so bad that long haired freaky people can now apply.”

* Nowadays, kids can watch movies in the car, play on their iPads or Nintendo switches, or flip through their phones. When I was a kid, we watched the same thing every trip. It was called the window.

* Add to the list…Olivia Newton-John will always be Sandy; Henry Winkler will always be the Fonz; Sylvester Stallone will always be Rocky; Russell Crowe will always be Maximus; and Carrie Fisher will always be Princess Leia….

* I like this… I don’t always have time to fold laundry, but when I do, I garden.

* My kids asked me what games I used to play on the iPad when I was little. I told them I used to speak into the fan to sound like a robot.

* Did you know that the day after tomorrow is called overmorrow? I like it. It sounds like what Legolas would say in “Lord of the Rings.”

* Here is another one I like….“When I was a kid, we didn’t have ‘influencers.’ We watched a singing frog that dated a pig and a grouch that lived in a trashcan. It was a simpler time.”

* Here is a tweet I recently read after the 4th of July fell on a Thursday this year….It should be a law that if a holiday falls on a Thursday, Friday is automatically a day off.

* My favorite thing about camping is staying at a hotel with air conditioning, a pool, and a complimentary breakfast.
