U.S. 183 railroad crossing in Hays to close for reconstruction
The Union Pacific Railroad crossing on U.S. 183 (Vine Street) in Hays will close for reconstruction Feb. 28 through March 1. The crossing is located just north of the intersection of 8th and Vine streets.
