Second annual Cowboy Christmas Poetry Gathering set for Sunday, December 1st

The Rooks County Historical Society and Museum in Stockton (921 South Cedar) announces its second annual Cowboy Christmas Poetry Gathering. The event will be held on Sunday, December 1st at 1:00 p.m.

The Bards and the Balladers are Don Rowlison (Friends of the Cottonwood Ranch), Mary Powell (Duchess of the Prairie), Barry Ward (Flying W Productions Recording Artist), and Greg Swob (Hays, Kansas’ very own Cowboy Poet).

The Historical Society is excited to showcase these talented people at this gathering during the Christmas Season. Please join them for a fun afternoon of poetry reading, refreshments, music, and friends!
