Prairie Heritage to hold Two-Day Auction for its 49th Anniversary on February 1st and 2nd
Prairie Heritage Auction of Plainville (1001 South Washington Street) will host its 49th Annual Anniversary Two-Day Auction on Saturday, February 1st, and Sunday, February 2nd.
On Saturday, there will be a huge sports card and memorabilia auction at Auction City Limits on South Highway 183 for Mel Korbe, starting at 8:30 a.m., featuring vintage from the 1950s to the present day.
Some items include factorysealed sets, graded cards, a large selection of cards with over 800 Michael Jordans, 200 Kobe Bryants and Patrick Mahomeses, authenticated autographed jerseys, Bobbleheads, and Starting Lineup figurines.
Sunday, the auction will begin at 9:30 a.m. at Auction City Limits. Items include (downsizing an antique dealer and liquidating inventory for a gift shop), a considerable amount of new gift shop items MIB (including collegiate, memory items, frames, toys, kitchen, and Christmas), vintage crocks, primitives, Fenton glass, Ephemera, marbles, cast iron, quilts, linens, prints, dolls, pottery, Retro, furniture, trunks, glassware, comics, militaria, Brewerania, plus 100 school MCM desks and chairs from USD 270, and much more!
The auctioneer is Susan Stahl, with the help of auction crew of Sheila Hachmeister, Lora Weigel, Paula Glick, Kelly Lowry, Tammy Werner, Stephanie Nuss, and Gwendolyn Hitchcock. There will also be complimentary cupcakes to celebrate Prairie Heritages’ 49th anniversary and a lunch stand on site.
