The menus for the week beginning Monday, February 3, are as follows: Monday—Pork cutlet, hashbrown casserole, seasoned carrots, bread, mandarin oranges. Tuesday—Salisbury steak, mashed potatoes and gravy, green beans, bread, apricots. Wednesday—Chicken and rice casserole, California blend vegetables, bread, fruit cobbler or crisp. Thursday—Sloppy joes, tater tots or triangles, peas, bun, peaches. Friday—Tuna salad, tomato soup, tropical fruit, crackers, pudding.
