Rooks County students named to Dean’s Honor Roll at FHSU

Eighteen Rooks County students are among the 1,596 students named to the Deans Honor Roll for the fall 2019 semester by deans at Fort Hays State University.

The Dean’s Honor Roll includes undergraduate students only. To be eligible, students must have completed 12 or more credit hours and earned a minimum grade point average of 3.60 for the semester. Full-time on-campus and FHSU Virtual College students are eligible.

Rooks County students include:

Stockton—Emma Corrine Bedore, a freshman majoring in athletic training; Serena Elise McCown, a junior majoring in communication sciences and disorders; and Jordann Leigh Wiltfong, a junior majoring in health and human performance.

Plainville—Jared S. Copeland, a junior majoring in technology studies (construction management); Brooklyn Faye Eilers, a senior majoring in general studies (education); Hayden Jaymes Friend, a junior majoring in marketing; Craig A. Garvert, a senior majoring in computer science; Mykeltie Horting, a junior majoring in psychology; Trever Truxil Houser, a senior majoring in technology studies (construction management); Peyton J. Ostmeyer, a sophomore majoring in education; Maverla Ventura, a senior majoring in psychology; Brooke Nicole Werner, a sophomore majoring in education; and Shania D. Werner, a sophomore majoring in elementary education.
