Corrections!

Yes, folks, we are not just news, we are entertainment! And last week’s issue of the Sentinel proved just that. While the front page picture’s caption was non-existent, at least three other photos in the paper were identified incorrectly.

The picture of the junior high boy going over the hurdles should have been sixth grader Cameron Earl (instead of Cameron Balthazor), who won the 7th-grade boys division of the 100M Hurdles at Stockton’s junior high track meet on April 13.

Also, there were mistakes made on two pictures pertaining to the area fighters undergoing the grain bin training on Saturday, April 24. Plainville firefighter Craig Wise was incorrectly identified as Rick Waters, and Stockton firefighter Mitch Gibbs was in the bin with Ian Snyder, instead of Michael Carpenter, who was named in the picture. Sorry, guys! We hope to do better next time!
